We have put together a programme for 16+ teenagers which includes:

  • 3 Group PT Sessions (Saturday or Sunday's)

  • 1 hour talk on Nutrition & Gym etiquette

  • Gym Membership for 4 weeks

  • How to use machines safely

  • How to activate muscle groups

  • How to execute exercises properly
